Restoring the Creator-Creature Relation

"Know that the Lord, he is God! It is he who made us, and we are his." Psalm 100:3

An anxious heart often tries to occupy the throne. It predicts, controls, manages, and judges until exhaustion looks like responsibility. Peace returns when the soul consents again to reality: God is Creator, and we are beloved creatures.

Today, trade one act of control for one act of trust. Leave one outcome unforced. Receive one limitation without contempt. Give thanks for being held together by Another.

Prayer: Maker and Keeper, restore right order in me. Let dependence feel like joy because it rests in Your goodness.
